3. Quotations
- All quotations are provided free of charge following a site survey or detailed consultation.

- A quotation is not a binding contract. A contract is formed only upon your written acceptance of the quotation and payment of the required deposit.
- Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in a revised quotation and adjusted timeline.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit (typically 25–50% of the total project value, as stated in your quotation) is required before work commences to secure your start date and cover material procurement.
- Staged payments may be required for larger projects, as outlined in your quotation.
- The final balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work, before we demobilise from site.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit card, or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted.
- Late payments (beyond 7 days of the due date) may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Warranty
- We provide a 5-year guarantee on structural workmanship and waterproofing carried out by our team.
- This warranty covers defects arising from our workmanship and materials supplied by us.
- The warranty does not cover: fair wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, damage caused by third parties, or defects arising from materials or fixtures supplied by the Client.
- Manufacturer warranties apply separately to appliances, fixtures, and fittings. We will pass on all relevant manufacturer documentation at project completion.
- Warranty claims must be reported in writing to [email protected]. We will inspect and, where valid, remedy defects within a reasonable timeframe at no cost to you.
6. Client Obligations
To enable us to carry out work efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours (typically Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm).
- Make design decisions and material selections in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- Ensure the property is adequately insured during the renovation period.
- Inform us of any known hazards on the property (asbestos, structural issues, etc.) prior to work commencing.
7. Timelines
We will provide an estimated project timeline in your quotation. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, unforeseen structural issues, adverse weather). We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimise disruption.
8. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a booked project by providing written notice to [email protected].
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the agreed start date: deposit refunded minus any materials already ordered on your behalf.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date: deposit is non-refundable to cover preparation costs, materials ordered, and lost scheduling.
- If we are required to cancel due to circumstances on our side (other than force majeure), we will refund your deposit in full.
9. Liability
- We carry public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
- Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total value of the contract.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of use, loss of income) arising from delays or defects.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
